Registration

All fees are in US Dollars

1. Registration fees reflect standard ISfTE Conference rates.
2. Registration fees for Participants include ALL meals , social events, cultural activities, ISfTE membership fees, conference programming, and use of conference facilities.
3. Registration fees for Accompanying Persons include ALL meals, cultural activities and events, sightseeing tours (including entry fees and transfers), as well as specified events with conference delegates.

Developed Countries:

• Early Registration (until March 31, 2022): $1100 USD
• Regular Registration: $1200 USD

Developing Countries:

• Early Registration (until March 31, 2022): $800 USD
• Regular Registration: $900 USD

Accompanying Person(s):

• Early Registration (until March 31, 2022): $750 USD
• Regular Registration: $850 USD

Student Rates:

ISfTE 2022 offers limited student registration packages with optional conference programming selections (partial or full registration). Individuals who wish (and are eligible) to register as a student are directed to email isfte2022@unilasalle.edu.br for a registration code. All student registrants must provide evidence of enrolment in a Graduate Program of Study.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

ISfTE Brazil uses the Eventize platform to organize enrollment in our event. If, for any reasons, you need to cancel your registration there is some relevant information you need to  be aware of in order for you to get refunded for any payments made through this platform.

• As a general rule, if you cancel your registration in the event you will be fully refunded.

• Please note that  Eventize will retain the incidental service tax if you ask for a refund later than 60 days after your purchase. Before this time frame, service taxes are also refunded, along with the full price of the registration.

• Eventize allows you to divide your registration costs in installments. Note that there is some interest in the total value of the registration, if you choose this payment form (the interest share is dependent on the number of installments you choose). Should you have to cancel your purchase, you will be fully refunded (including interest) if the request is made  no later than 30 days after your purchase. After this date, any paid incidental interest will be retained by the platform.

• Refunds will take up to  15 business days to be processed.

• Refunds will be credited, both for payments in debit and credit cards, according to the closing date in your billing cycle. 

• Any payments made via direct or online bank transfer with the Bank of Brazil (Banco do Brasil) will be refunded by voucher-payment. Please contact the ISfTE organizing committee if you need a refund in this modality.
